Cypress Deskline Admin Services provides remote administrative support services including, but not limited to, inbox and calendar organization, appointment coordination, client onboarding document preparation, data entry, file organization, invoice tracking, and recurring admin support.
We provide general administrative support only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial advisory, or any other licensed professional services.
2. Service Requests
All service engagements begin with a request submitted via the contact form or direct communication. Services are not initiated until both parties have agreed on scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete information necessary for the requested work
- Responding to communications in a timely manner
- Reviewing and approving completed work within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring they have the right to share any documents or data provided to us
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are agreed upon before work begins and are communicated in writing. Fees may be charged on a per-project, hourly, or recurring basis depending on the engagement. Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement for each engagement. We reserve the right to pause or suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
5. Scheduling
Work is scheduled based on mutual availability. We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late delivery of materials, lack of communication) may result in rescheduling without penalty to us.
6. Scope Changes
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be communicated and approved in writing before additional work is performed. Scope changes may result in revised fees and timelines.
7. Cancellations
Clients may cancel a service engagement at any time. Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and any applicable refunds. We reserve the right to discontinue services with reasonable notice if a client engages in conduct that is abusive, unlawful, or incompatible with a professional working relationship.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, transmit malicious code, or use the site in a way that could damage or impair its functionality.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, and structure, is the property of Cypress Deskline Admin Services unless otherwise noted. Work product created for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. We retain no rights to client-provided materials.
10. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and business materials as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required to perform agreed services or as required by law.
11. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools or platforms to deliver services (e.g., cloud storage, communication tools). We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Administrative support services are provided in good faith and with professional care. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, business results, or revenue generated as a result of our services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cypress Deskline Admin Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Florida.
